Call 281-528-5115 today to schedule an appointment for a free appraisal of your recreational vehicle so that your Motor Home, Travel Trailer, Fifth Wheel, Toy Hauler or Popup Caming Trailer can be listed for sale. We perform appraisals Monday thru Friday. |
We need the following:
1.) Original title (or copy of title if you have a lien holder)
2.) Lien holder information (name, account numbers & phone numbers)
3.) Proof of RV Insurance
Note: Current inspection sticker on the window (must be current when we sell it)
4.) Most recent recreational vehicle license receipt (if licensed in Texas)

Prerequisites:
* Empty all holding tanks and water tanks on your RV.
Remove all dishes, cleaning supplies, and personal items from the RV.
* Have your motor home fuel tank full (minimum of 60 gallons). This will allow us to start the engine and generator on a regular basis to help keep it in good condition.
* Make sure your motor home has a current inspection sticker. Motor homes must have a current Texas inspection sticker at the time of sale.

Commission Charges:
Our contract is a 60 day exclusive contract. The NADA public site is not accurate and does not reflect real world consumer value. Our charges are $75.00 per month or 6% of the final selling price and we will help appraise your unit based on real world value as stated in NADA Dealer book. Our minimum commission is $500 for motor homes and $250 for all other units. If your unit does not sell within 60-days, your loss is limited to the $75.00 per month. When it does sell within 60-Days, we will waive the monthly minimum fee's.
We will also list your unit on our Internet Web Site and market your unit on your behalf regardless if you have the unit placed on our physical lot. The one-time fee for placing the add on our Internet Site is $19.99. This fee will be deducted from the 6% commission fee once sold.
